• Any extra expense such as route change, Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced Majeure circumstances during the tour
• Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any personal emergency
• Any services or activity charges other than those included in the group tour itinerary
• Anything specifically not mentioned in the ‘Cost Inclusions’ column
• The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, delay, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur due to “force majeure”
• 60 days prior to arrival - 50% of the total amount will be charged.

When the company cancels a tour:
In case if any tour is cancelled from the Company's end, then members of the cancelled group will get seats in another fixed departure group.
• In case if any sightseeing is not done due to weekly closure, an alternative sightseeing will be done for the same.
• Please ensure proper identity is conveyed to booking executive at the time of booking and all details along with passport copies are handed over to the booking executive.
• Under unavoidable circumstances itineraries may be changed or reversed, however, all inclusions in the itinerary will remain same.
• Tour manager will meet as per the designated points. Kindly reconfirm the details with our travel advisor 1 week prior to departure.
• Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
• Check-In and Check Out Time in India is 1200 Noon.
• Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing. The Company shall not be responsible for the loss of valuables from the coach/vehicle

PAYMENT POLICY;
• Pay full amount at the time of booking and get discount up to USD 100.
• The discounts are applicable only to adult bookings
• No refund for any services not utilized during the tour
• Security deposit is required either by cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.
• 30% of the total amount at the time of booking.
• 30% of the total amount payable two months prior to the departure date
• Remaining 40% of the total amount one 1 month prior to the arrival date.
